Our office is in the Awtar Building, specifically in room 203, right in the Bistupur area of Jamshedpur. Jamshedpur is a town where people know what hard work looks like, and we try to fit right in with that. We have been working out of this building for a while now. It’s a solid place, even if the elevator is a bit slow some days and we end up taking the stairs. Inside, it’s just a standard office with desks and chairs and a lot of paper. We handle things for Pall India Pvt. Ltd. from this location. We don’t have any big slogans or anything like that pasted on the walls. We just come in, drink our tea, and start on the tasks. Bistupur is a central spot, so there is always a lot going on outside our windows. You can hear the city moving all the time. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a fancy setup. It’s just a functional space where we can focus on what needs doing. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the markets are busy, but you get used to it. We have a small team here, and we all know our roles. We just stay focused on the day-to-day operations and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. It’s honest work in a busy part of town, and we are fine with that. No big fuss, just us in the Awtar Building getting on with it every single day we are here.
