We are located out in Banjee Ghatotand, which is part of the Hazaribagh area in Jharkhand. If you are looking for us, we are over at Nago Sao's place near the post office. It’s a bit of a trek if you aren’t from around here, but it is a good spot once you get settled. The pace of life here is a bit slower than in the big cities. We don't have any polished lobby or corporate receptionists. It’s mostly just a few rooms where we handle our daily business. The weather in Jharkhand can be unpredictable, so we’ve seen plenty of rain and heat through these windows. We know most of the people who walk past the building. It’s the kind of place where you stop and talk to your neighbors for a bit before starting the day. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the work that needs doing. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out or find something else to do. It’s a very local operation. We’ve been at this address for some time and it feels like home to most of us. You won't find any fancy slogans on the walls. Just the tools and tables we need to stay busy. It’s honest work and we stay grounded here in the Ghatotand area. Most days we just keep the doors open to let the air in.
