It's an older building, which suits us just fine because we're not much for modern glass offices that don't serve a real purpose. We use the flat to keep all our project records and to talk through whatever construction problems we’re facing that week. It's a bit of a lived-in space, with papers everywhere and a coffee pot that stays on too long. Jamshedpur is a tough town for construction, but we've managed to keep things going from this Jharkhand base. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. Usually, you just knock on the door and someone yells for you to come in. It’s a very hands-on way of doing business. We aren't interested in being the biggest company around, just in doing the work that's currently on the schedule.
