Started in Mango near Delhi Public School, our daily routine is mostly just us working with plastic materials and getting things out the door. The heat from the machines gets pretty bad in the afternoons, but we just open the big doors and keep moving. Most days, you can hear the kids at the school when they are on break, which kind of breaks up the steady noise from the shop floor. We aren't doing anything fancy here. It is just a lot of manual work, checking the stuff we produce, and making sure the orders are packed right so nothing gets damaged during the trip. Sometimes the power goes out, and we all sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It is a simple setup we have here. We know the neighbors and the people who walk by every day. There are stacks of bags everywhere and the smell of raw material is always in the air. We have been at this for a while now, just trying to get the work done and stay on top of the schedule. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time turning into the lane because of the traffic near the school. We just handle it as it comes. The floor is always covered in a bit of dust from the materials, and we have to sweep it out every evening before we lock up. It is a lot of heavy lifting sometimes, moving the bags around. We take a lunch break together and usually talk about things that have nothing to do with work.
