L&T-Ecc

Our spot is at Flat No. G-20 in Vrindavan Garden, right along Marine Drive in Sonari, Tatanagar. It’s a decent place to work, especially with the river nearby. This L&T-Ecc office handles the stuff happening around Jharkhand. It’s actually inside a residential-style complex, so it feels a bit more relaxed than a big office tower. We use the living room area for our main meetings and the bedrooms have been turned into workspaces for the engineers and clerks. It’s a bit cramped when the whole team is in, but we make it work. We have papers stacked on the dining table and a few printers that hum all day long. People come in with mud on their shoes from the sites, and we don’t really mind. It’s part of the job. We try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. Sometimes the neighbors complain if we stay too late, but we usually try to wrap up before it gets dark. The water filter is always acting up, so we end up buying bottles quite often. It’s a very human way of working, I think. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a lobby or a receptionist. The balcony has a bit of a view of the road, and sometimes we stand out there just to get some fresh air. We’ve got a small fridge that is usually just full of water bottles. It’s a simple life here in Sonari, and we like that it isn't too complicated. We just focus on the tasks at hand.
