Kross Manufacturers India Private Limited

Our place is located in Phase 6 of the Adityapur Industrial Area, right at M-4. It’s an industrial zone, so there is always noise from trucks and other factories around us. We’ve been here for a bit, and the area has changed quite a bit over the years. Some days are busier than others, especially when shipments are coming in or going out. The building itself is pretty basic, just a standard industrial unit that gets the job done. We don't really have a fancy front office or anything like that. It’s mostly just the workshop floor and some small desk space for the paperwork. Most of the guys here live nearby, so it’s a short commute. We start early in the morning, usually before the sun gets too hot, and we finish up when the work is finished. It’s dusty work sometimes, given where we are. We drink a lot of tea to keep going. The road outside can get a bit rough after it rains, which makes moving things around a bit of a challenge. We just deal with it though. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do at Kross Manufacturers India Private Limited. We’ve got our tools and our machines and we just keep them running as best we can. Sometimes things break down and we have to fix them on the fly. That’s just how it goes for us in Adityapur. We just try to keep things moving day by day.
