Krijas

Krijas is located at 120/4 in Bhalubasa Agrico. It’s a bit of a tight space, but we make it work. The street outside can get pretty crowded with people and bikes, especially in the evenings. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves and worktables. We don't have a reception desk or a waiting area. If someone stops by, they usually just stand by the door and talk to whoever is closest. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it works for us. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated processes. We just look at what needs to be done and we do it. The lighting isn't the best, so we use some extra lamps when we’re working on the smaller stuff. We tend to lose pens a lot, so there’s always someone asking if anyone has seen one lately. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a human resources department or a marketing team. It’s just us. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, and other times we might close up a little early if it’s a slow day. We know most of the people who live around Bhalubasa. It feels more like a community than a business district. We’re just regular people trying to keep things running at Krijas without too much fuss or worry. We enjoy being here even when things get a bit messy or disorganized.
