Dayanand Travels

Dayanand Travels is run out of Quarter No 39/ L4 on Road No 21 in the Farm Area of Kadma. We’re quite close to the Kadma Market, so it’s easy for people to find us when they’re out shopping for groceries. It’s a bit of a home-style setup, not a big shiny travel agency with posters everywhere. We help folks book their trips, sort out car rentals, and figure out train or bus timings. My desk is usually covered in maps and scribbled notes about different routes. We don't have a lot of staff, just a couple of us who know the roads well. People stop by to ask about the best way to get to the next town or to hire a vehicle for a family wedding. We know most of the drivers around here. It gets a bit hectic during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to travel at the same time. We don't have a fancy computer system for everything; a lot of it is just knowing who to call. The Farm Area is a nice, quiet part of Kadma, which makes it a good place to work. We just try to make sure people get where they’re going without too much trouble. It’s not glamorous work, but it keeps us busy. We like the personal touch of talking to people face-to-face rather than just doing everything online. It makes the day go by faster when you're helping neighbors.
