Jusco (A Tata Enterprises)

We are over at Lovely House in Choonashah Colony, right in the Azad Nagar area of Mango. It’s a familiar spot for anyone living in this part of Jamshedpur. Being part of Jusco means we have a lot of ground to cover, and this office is our base for this side of town. The building itself, Lovely House, is just a regular place where we get together to figure out the week's maintenance and utility work. We’ve been working out of Jharkhand for years and we’ve seen the city change a lot. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just talk like normal people and do our jobs. Sometimes the office gets a bit loud when everyone is trying to coordinate at once, but we get it done. It’s about making sure the water pipes are okay and the electricity is flowing. We aren't here to make big promises. We just want to make sure the neighbors in Mango have what they need. Most of us live nearby, so we care about how things are run around here. You might see us out on the street more than you see us in the office. It’s a lot of manual labor and practical thinking. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving in the right direction for everyone.
