Jamipol Limited

Operating out of Burmamines, Jamipol Limited is right on Namdih Road. We are directly across from the NML, so we get a lot of the traffic that comes with being near such a big institution. This part of Jamshedpur has a very specific feel to it, very industrial and focused on the job at hand. We aren't here to impress anyone with a fancy storefront. Our gates are functional and the yard is usually busy with people moving around. The weather here can be pretty tough, especially in the summer when the heat feels like it's bouncing off the pavement. We have a routine that hasn't changed much over the years. We show up, check the logs, and get to work on whatever the day has brought us. The office space is simple, with old-fashioned fans that do their best to keep the air moving. You’ll see plenty of files stacked up and probably a few empty tea cups lying around by the end of the shift. We aren’t really interested in the latest office trends; we just need things that work. There’s a certain comfort in the familiarity of Namdih Road and the people who work in the surrounding units. We know the local shops where we get our snacks and the guys who fix the vehicles. It is a steady, no-nonsense environment where the work is the main focus every single day, and that suits us just fine.
