Ivrcl

Ivrcl is set up at MIG-222 in the Adityapur area of Jamshedpur. It’s right here in Jharkhand. We’ve been using this space for quite some time now. It’s a standard MIG house, nothing too crazy about it. We have our desks set up and we just get to work whenever the day starts. Jamshedpur is an industrial kind of place, so it feels right for us to be here in Adityapur. You can find us easily enough if you are looking for house number 222. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders because we are mostly busy with the actual work. It’s a bit of a lived-in space. There are files everywhere and sometimes it’s a bit of a mess, but we know where everything is. People come and go throughout the day. We are just regular folks working for Ivrcl. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get home at a decent hour. The neighborhood is mostly residential so it’s not too loud, which helps when we need to concentrate. Being in Jharkhand, we get a mix of weather, but the office stays okay. It’s just a honest place where we put in our hours and do what needs to be done.
