Infogate Exporters Pvt. Ltd. is set up at E - 2 in the Dayal Residency, which is right on the main road in Parsudih. Because we are right on the main road, it can get pretty noisy with all the buses and cars honking all day. We’ve gotten used to it, though, and it just becomes background noise after a while. The office is part of a residential complex, so it has a bit of a different feel than a standard commercial park. It’s a bit more relaxed here. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and heat up our lunch when we have a break. The main workspace is just one large room where we all sit together at our desks. This makes it easy to ask questions or help each other out when things get busy with new orders. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to different people and trying to get things organized. There is always a lot of paper moving across our desks every day. We don’t really follow a strict corporate structure here; we just all pitch in where it’s needed. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the week’s work, and other times we might leave a bit early if things are quiet. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place to be. We’ve been here for a while now and most people in the local area know us by now. It’s a solid place to work and we just keep our heads down and do our jobs every day.
