Our office is up on the 3rd floor of the Aaida Complex, which is inside Vikas Bhavan over in Aadityapur. This part of Jamshedpur stays pretty busy with all the industrial stuff going on in Singhbhum East. We’ve been part of Gunnebo India Limited for some time. The building has an elevator but it’s a bit slow, so most of us just take the stairs unless we’re carrying something heavy. It's a typical workspace. We’ve got some desks pushed together and papers everywhere. We don't spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders. It’s more about getting the daily tasks finished. The view from the third floor isn't great, just other buildings and the road, but it lets some light in. Jamshedpur is a tough town for work, and we just try to keep up with everything. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a few of us trying to stay organized. Sometimes the power goes out, or the internet acts up, but we manage. It’s just how things go. We’ve been in this complex for a bit and know the security guys by name. It’s a simple setup for a regular workday. We just focus on the tasks we have each morning.
