Fusion Electronics & Security sits right on the main road in Golmuri. It’s a handy spot because everyone knows the Food Plaza across the way. We mostly deal with security cameras and various electronic bits and pieces that people need for their houses or shops. The shop is full of boxes, cables, and different monitors. It gets pretty busy on the main road so there’s always noise coming in from the street. We spend most of the morning testing out cameras and making sure the DVRs are working like they should. People come in asking about how to see their front door on their phone and we show them the different kits we have. It’s not just selling stuff though, a lot of it is just figuring out where the wires need to go. We keep a lot of inventory in the back because you never know what someone might need at the last minute. The floor is usually covered in some bit of wire or packaging while we're setting things up. We’ve been at No. 60 for a while now and the locals know where to find us. It’s a straightforward business, really. We just keep things running and try to make sure we have the right parts in stock when someone’s system goes down. It’s a bit cramped with all the gear but that’s just how it is when you handle so many small components.
