We are based out of Fx-210 in the Chandragiri block. It is part of the Ashiana Enclave in the Mango area of Jamshedpur. Jamshedpur is known for being an industrial city, and you can definitely feel that around here. We are in the Jamshedpur-18 area. The office is just a regular apartment space that we’ve converted into a working area. It’s got a few rooms where we keep the desks and the computers. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls or anything. We have some stacks of paper that always seem to be growing and a few old chairs. We’ve been here for several years now. The weather in Jamshedpur can be quite extreme, really hot in the summer and then a bit chilly in the winter. We just adjust as we go. Most of our work is done on the phone or through emails, so we don't get many visitors. The local shops in Mango are where we get our supplies. It’s a busy part of town but our specific block is relatively quiet. We don't have a big HR team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us who know how to get the job done. We don't make big speeches or have long meetings. We just sit down, look at what needs to be handled for the day, and do it. It’s a very practical, straightforward way of running things. We are just Flsmidth and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time.
