Our place is located on Station Road in Dhalbhum Garh, so we’re right in the middle of all the noise. You can hear the trains pulling in and out all day, and there’s always people walking past the front door. We’ve been operating out of this building for some time now, and it’s become a bit of a familiar spot for the locals. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. We handle a lot of communication and paperwork, so there’s always a phone ringing or someone typing away. It’s not a very big office, and sometimes it feels a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We don't have any big corporate signs, just the name on the door and some old curtains on the windows. During the monsoon, the road outside gets pretty muddy, and we spend half the day cleaning footprints off the floor. We take our tea breaks at the stall just down the street because it’s easier than making it ourselves. It’s a plain, straightforward kind of environment where we just try to stay organized. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we all know each other’s families and what’s going on in town. We open up early and usually lock the gate once the evening trains have passed. It’s just a normal office on a busy street where we get things done.
