Ashi Shows Promotion

Working out of the Mill Area in Sakchi keeps us right in the middle of everything. Ashi Shows Promotion isn't a big flashy agency with a glass building; we're just in a regular office space where the rent makes sense. Sakchi is always loud and moving, and being near the Mill Area means there is a lot of industrial activity around us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting around this big wooden table covered in papers and notebooks. Promotion work is mostly just a lot of organizing and making sure people show up where they are supposed to. We don't have a receptionist, so usually, whoever is closest to the door lets people in. The floor is concrete and we’ve got some old fans that hum pretty loud during the summer months. We handle local stuff, mostly helping out with events or getting the word out about different shows. It gets stressful when a deadline is coming up, but that is just how it goes. We drink a lot of tea from the guy downstairs and try to keep the paperwork from piling up too high. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel, with posters from old events tacked to the walls and boxes of flyers waiting to be moved. It’s a practical place for doing practical work without any unnecessary fluff or fancy talk.
