Adhunik Alloys & Power Ltd

Our place is at Holding No-01 on Shakuntala Path, in the Bhatia Bastee area of Kadma. Jamshedpur is a steel city through and through, so being here makes a lot of sense for Adhunik Alloys & Power Ltd. The 831005 area is a bit more settled than the industrial hubs, which makes coming to work a little easier. Our office is a straightforward space. We have a few rooms for the different departments, but we all end up talking in the hallway anyway. It’s a lot of work dealing with alloys and the power sector, and there is always something that needs fixing or checking. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy letters. We just write down what we need and get on with it. The building is older, but it serves its purpose. We keep the files organized as much as we can, though sometimes the desks get buried under drawings and invoices. We have a few regulars who drop by for business, and we usually have some tea ready. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. No one wears suits here unless there’s a really big reason. Mostly, it’s just shirts and trousers and a lot of focus on the tasks at hand. We like being in Kadma; it feels like we are part of the neighborhood. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
