Sonil Valves Pvt. Ltd. is situated in the GIDC-1 area of Jamnagar. Our address is Plot No. 21/1, right in Shankar Tekri Udyognagar. If you know anything about Jamnagar, you know this is the place where all the industrial action happens. It’s a noisy, busy, and often dusty part of town, but it is where we belong. We have been at this plot for a long time. The workshop floor is the heart of our company. It is filled with the sound of machines and the smell of cut metal. We don’t have a big corporate office or a marketing team to tell our story. We are just a group of people who know how to make valves. Our clothes usually have a bit of grease on them by noon, and our hands are rarely clean, but that’s just the nature of the work. Shankar Tekri is a tight-knit community of workshops. We know the people at the neighboring plots and often share a tea with them during breaks. We don’t use big words or have complicated rules. If something is broken, we fix it. If an order is due, we work late to get it out. The building isn’t fancy, and the office is just a small corner with some old files and a computer. We prefer to spend our time out where the actual work is happening. It is a gritty life, but we are proud of what we do here at Plot 21/1.
