You can find us at C-2/105 in the Gidc-1 area of Shankar Tekri, over in Jamnagar. It’s a busy udyognagar and we’ve been part of it for quite some time now. Rathod Industries isn't a large-scale operation with hundreds of people. It’s more of a tight-knit group where everyone knows what the other person is doing. The machines we have are older, but they work well because we take care of them. Jamnagar has a specific way of doing things, and we fit right into that rhythm of work and tea. Our workshop has that specific smell of metal shavings and lubricant that stays on your clothes long after you leave. We spend a lot of time measuring things and making sure the settings are just right. Sometimes a customer drops by just to chat or check on a small order, and we’ll stop for a bit to catch up. It’s not the kind of place where people wear suits. We’re usually in work clothes that have seen better days. The walls are lined with shelves holding bits and pieces from various jobs we've done over the months. We don't have a fancy website or a way to track everything digitally; it’s mostly hand-written notes and a lot of memory. It works for us and keeps the business going without too much fuss. We just keep doing our thing here in Shankar Tekri.
