We've been here at Plot No. 4/c/1 in the Gidc-1 area of Jamnagar for a good while now. If you know the Shankar Tekri Udyognagar side, you probably know where the Kerosenee Depot is. We are just right across from there. It gets pretty busy on this road during the day with all the trucks and workers moving around. Our workshop isn't anything fancy to look at, just a practical space where we get the work done. Rashi Products started out small, and honestly, we still feel that way even after all these years. Most of us here have been working together for a long time, so we know each other's habits pretty well. The morning starts with tea, then the machines get going. It’s loud, but it’s the sound of things being made. We don't really do the whole big office thing or have people in suits walking around. It’s mostly just grease, metal, and people who know how to handle the tools. Sometimes the weather gets really hot in Gujarat, especially in the summer months, but the work doesn't stop. We just keep at it. People come by the office sometimes to check on orders or just to chat about how things are going in the market. We like being part of this industrial patch. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s steady and it keeps us busy. We mostly just focus on getting through the daily list and making sure the parts are ready when they need to be.
