If you come down to Shankar Tekri Udyognagar in Jamnagar, you will find Raj Products at C-2/333 Gidc. - 1. We have a small setup here. It is nothing flashy, just a workspace where we spend most of our hours. My father started things out and now we just keep it going as best as we can. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but the machines inside work just fine. We have a routine that we follow every single day. Usually, we open up the shutters by eight and stay until the work is finished. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially during the summer months here in Gujarat. We drink a lot of tea and just keep working through it. There are many other shops around us doing similar work, so it's a busy atmosphere with trucks moving in and out of the GIDC. We know most of our neighbors by name. Sometimes we borrow a tool from the guy next door, or they come to us for something. That’s how it is in this part of Jamnagar. We don’t have a big office or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably find us on the floor or near the back. We just try to get the orders out on time. It is basic work but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. C-2/333 is where we stay. We usually keep a calendar on the wall to mark off the days and keep track of everything.
