Rado Brass Industries

Rado Brass Industries is tucked away at Gidc. Spl. Plot No. 441 in the Udyognagar area of Shankar Tekri. Jamnagar is a big hub for brass, so we’re right in the middle of everything. Our shop isn't the biggest, but we pack a lot into it. There are lathes and machines everywhere you look. It smells like metal and cutting oil most of the time. We aren't the type to wear suits or sit in offices. Most of us are on our feet all day, checking the parts and making sure the dimensions are close enough to what was asked for. We get a lot of scrap metal delivered and we turn it into something useful. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but there’s a certain satisfaction when a bin is full of finished parts. Sometimes the machines break down on a Monday morning and we spend half the day fixing them. It's frustrating, but it’s part of the trade. We drink a lot of tea to keep going. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or a glossy brochure. We just have our tools and our hands. People around here know us as the guys at Plot 441. We’ve been here for years and we plan to stay as long as people need brass parts made. It's just simple, hard work that keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down.
