Pearl Industries

Our workshop is located at Plot No. 451/1/b in the GIDC area of Jamnagar. Being in Shankar Tekri means we are surrounded by other small factories doing similar work. It’s a dusty place but that is just how the industrial zone is. We spend most of our morning setting up the machines and checking the material that arrived the day before. We don't have a big office or anything like that. Usually, I just sit at a small desk near the main door where I can see what is happening on the floor. Pearl Industries isn't a huge name, but people around here know where to find us if they need something done. Sometimes the heat in Jamnagar gets really bad in the summer months, so we start early to avoid the worst of it. We deal with various metal components and there’s always something that needs fixing or adjusting. It’s a lot of manual labor and standing around the machines. We try to keep things organized but in a place like this, things get messy pretty fast. We just make sure the work gets finished by the end of the day. There is no special magic to it, just showing up and doing the same thing day after day until the pile of parts is ready to ship out. We keep things pretty simple and don't worry about much else besides the daily production.
