Param Products

Param Products is located at Shed No. 241 in the GIDC area of Shankar Tekri. We’ve been in this shed for several years. It’s a decent sized space for what we do. Shankar Tekri is a pretty well-known industrial hub, so there’s always a lot of movement around here. We don't have a big fancy office with air conditioning. Instead, we spend our time on the shop floor where the work actually happens. The shed gets pretty warm in the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. We handle all the production ourselves. Most of the guys here have been with us since we started. We don't go in for fancy titles or corporate meetings. Usually, we just talk over tea in the morning about what needs to be finished by the end of the day. The GIDC layout can be a bit confusing for people who aren't from around here, but Shed 241 is easy enough to spot once you're on the right street. We try to keep our equipment in good shape so we don't have to stop work for repairs too often. It’s a straightforward business. We don't make big promises or use big words. We just make our products and hope they do the job they’re supposed to do. That’s how we’ve always run things here and it works for us.
