P M Products

We are tucked away at Plot No. B-4 in Phase-1 of the GIDC in Shankar Tekri. It’s a familiar spot for anyone who has been around this industrial area for long. We’ve been running P M Products out of this shed for some time now, and it has definitely seen better days, but it works for us. The space is a bit tight when we have a lot of stock coming in, but we make do by stacking things high and keeping the aisles clear. It’s a lot of manual labor, moving boxes and checking the inventory by hand. We don't use any high-tech systems for tracking, just a notebook and some pens we keep on the main table. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three different people are trying to find the same tool, but we eventually figure it out. The neighborhood is mostly other small shops and manufacturing units, so there is a lot of back-and-forth between us. If we need a wrench we don’t have, we just go next door and borrow one. It’s that kind of place. The weather in Shankar Tekri can be pretty rough, especially when the wind picks up, but the building holds up okay. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny storefront. We just stay focused on getting the products out the door and making sure the quality is what it should be. It’s a simple operation with a few hard-working people behind it.
