Maulik Brass Industries is located at Plot No. 500 in Haribhai's Wadi, which is part of the Shankar Tekri GIDC area. If you’ve ever been to Shankar Tekri, you know it’s the heart of the brass industry. There’s a constant sound of metal being worked, and our shop is no different. We spend our days surrounded by the yellow glow of brass. It’s a messy job sometimes, with shavings on the floor and the heat from the machinery, but it’s what we know how to do. The area around Haribhai's Wadi is always busy with small tempos and workers moving from one plot to another. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, and the building shows its age a little bit, but it’s solid. We don't have a fancy showroom or a website with lots of pictures. Most of our work is done on the machines, and if you want to see what we’re making, you just have to walk inside. The staff is like a small family; we’ve seen each other's kids grow up. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just make brass parts and try to make sure they are right before they leave the door. It’s a practical life, starting early in the morning and finishing when the work is done. Plot No. 500 isn't just a business address; it’s where we’ve spent most of our lives working with our hands.
