Madhvani Industries

Madhvani Industries is out in the Shanker Tekri area, which is a busy part of the Udyognagar GIDC. We are specifically at plot A-38, sharing the spot with Vishnu Agencies. It’s a real industrial atmosphere here. You have got the heat, the dust, and the constant hum of production going on in every direction. We handle a lot of manufacturing work, mostly stuff related to metal and industrial parts. It’s a local setup and we have been part of this community for years. The guys who work here are mostly from the nearby neighborhoods. We don’t have any fancy HR departments or big boardrooms. If there is a problem, we just talk it out on the shop floor. The office is small and usually has a thin layer of dust on everything no matter how much we clean. That’s just life in GIDC. We spend our days checking specs and making sure the machines are running right. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. Sometimes we stay late to finish a big batch if the power was out during the day. We have seen other shops come and go, but we have managed to stay put at A-38. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we know how to do well. Just simple manufacturing without any of the extra fluff people usually expect.
