M. M. International

M. M. International is located at K-1/78/7/1 in the Shankar Tekri Udyognagar section. It’s a bit of a mouthful for an address. Even though the name sounds big, we are just a regular shop in the GIDC. The building is a simple concrete structure. Inside, there are boxes stacked up waiting to be shipped out. We spend a lot of time packing things and labeling them. The sound of tape dispensers is almost as common as the sound of the machines. Jamnagar is famous for this kind of work, and we are just one part of it. The street outside is narrow and often blocked by trucks. You have to be careful walking around. There is a lot of dust in the air from all the factories. We have a small crew of people who have been here for years. We know each other's families and stories. It’s more like a small community than a corporate office. We don’t have meetings; we just talk over the workbench. The work can be tiring, and the days are long. When it rains, the sound on the metal roof is so loud we can’t even shout to each other. We just keep our heads down and keep moving. It’s a simple, gritty life in the industrial zone. We do what needs to be done every day.
