Jay Bajrang Industries

You can find Jay Bajrang Industries down at Plot 351 in the Shanker Tekri area of Udyognagar. It’s an industrial neighborhood where everyone knows each other’s business. We’ve been operating out of this GIDC plot for quite a few years now. The focus here is on manufacturing parts, nothing too complicated but it requires a lot of attention. The machines are old but they still work fine if you treat them right. We usually start early in the morning before the heat gets too bad. It gets pretty dusty in this part of town, especially with all the construction going on nearby. We aren't a big corporation with departments and managers; it’s just a few of us making sure the production line stays moving. Sometimes we have to wait for materials to arrive, which can be frustrating, but that’s the way it goes. We handle our own deliveries mostly. It’s a hands-on kind of place. You won’t see us in suits. We’re usually in work clothes with grease on our hands. We take pride in just getting the job done without making a big fuss about it. If someone needs a part made, they come talk to us, we figure out the cost, and we get to work. It’s a very direct way of doing business and it suits us just fine. Most days end with us cleaning up the shop floor and getting ready to do it all again tomorrow.
