Out here in Gidc, things are always moving. Our spot is A/36-4 in Shanker Tekri, which is part of the Udhyognagar area in Jamnagar. If you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know it’s mostly workshops and small factories. It gets pretty loud during the day with all the machinery running nearby. We started Jam Electronics because there was a need for someone who actually knew their way around a circuit. We aren't some massive corporation with a glass front door. It’s more of a practical space where we can focus on the work. Some days the humidity from the coast makes everything feel a bit sticky, but we manage. The tools are mostly things we've collected over the years. Some are newer, some are older than the shop itself. We spend a lot of time just troubleshooting. It’s a lot of sitting under bright lights and trying to figure out why a component failed. There's a lot of back and forth with suppliers in the city. We try to keep things simple here. No big speeches or fancy uniforms. Just us in our work shirts getting things done. The parking outside is usually a mess because of the trucks, but that’s just how it is in an industrial estate. We like it here though. It’s where the real work happens. It is not always easy, but it is what we know how to do best.
