Grow More Brass Products

We are located at Plot No. C-2/33 in the Gidc area of Shanker Tekri, right in the middle of Udyognagar. At Grow More Brass Products, the atmosphere is pretty straightforward. It is an industrial neighborhood, so there is always a layer of dust on everything and the sound of machinery is constant. We spend our hours turning out brass parts on the machines we have lined up. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit. Most of us are in old clothes that can handle grease and metal shavings. We have a small office space carved out in one corner where we keep the files and take phone calls, but most of the time we are out on the floor. Shanker Tekri is a busy place, and there is always someone coming by to pick up a load or drop off raw materials. We have a rhythm to our days. We start with tea, check the machines, and then get to work. If a machine acts up, we fix it ourselves. It’s a practical way of living. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us making sure the products are made correctly and sent out on time. The days are long and the work is repetitive, but there is a certain satisfaction in seeing a finished pile of parts at the end of the shift.
