Dhiraj Auto Industries has its home at A-9 Gidc - 1 in the Shankar Tekri Udyognagar part of Jamnagar. Being in an industrial area like this, we are surrounded by other workshops and factories doing all sorts of things. Our focus is on auto parts and we’ve got the machines and the grease to prove it. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings and there is always the sound of something being cut or polished. We don’t have a fancy showroom. If you want to see what we do, you just come into the shop and look at the work we have on the benches. It’s a bit messy, but that’s how it goes when you’re actually making things. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for years. We aren't interested in making things sound better than they are. We just make the parts that people ask for and try to do it right. Sometimes the shipments are late or a machine breaks down, and we just deal with it. It’s a practical life and we don't need any marketing talk to explain it. We just open the shutters in the morning, do our work in Shankar Tekri, and close up when the light fades. It’s a steady routine and we are happy with that. We don't plan on moving or changing how we do things anytime soon because this works for us.
