Our workshop is at Sp421/2 A in the Shanker Tekri part of the GIDC Industrial Estate. Finding us can be a bit tricky if you aren't used to the layout of Udyog Nagar because all the sheds look so similar. We’ve been in this same spot for quite some time now. It’s a narrow space but we make it work for everything we need to do. There’s always a lot of metal shavings on the floor by the end of the day. We try to sweep up, but it just builds up again tomorrow. It’s just the nature of what we do at Pritesh Industrial Products. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just like having our own space where we can work at our own pace. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually take our breaks. It’s a good way to catch up with the other guys working in the GIDC. Most of us have been working here for years, so we know the machines inside and out. If something breaks, we usually fix it ourselves instead of calling someone. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just rely on people knowing where we are and what we can do. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks we have for the day. We don't have any big corporate goals, just keeping things steady for the long run.
