Vrandavan Brass Industries / Global Brass Alloy ( India )

We are based out of Jamnagar, specifically at Plot No. 4 in the Shanker Tekri area of Udhyognagar. We go by Vrandavan Brass Industries, though some folks might recognize us as Global Brass Alloy too. This whole neighborhood is known for brass, and we are right in the thick of it. The workshop is always hot, especially when the furnaces are going or when the sun is beating down on the roof. We work with brass and alloys, doing the casting and the machining that people in this town have been doing for generations. It’s a messy business sometimes. Your hands stay dirty and there is always that metallic smell that sticks to your clothes. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the front office looks. As long as the machines are running and the brass parts are coming out right, we are happy enough. Shanker Tekri is a busy place, with trucks coming in to load up and scrap being moved around constantly. It can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to the noise of an industrial estate. We’ve got a small crew of guys who have been with us for years. They know the rhythm of the work. We just take things one day at a time, making sure we stay on top of what needs to be shipped out. It’s just a regular factory doing regular work, nothing more and nothing less than that. Anyway, that's what we do.
