Our shop is over in Kundalhalli Gate, specifically at No 18/1A on Silver Springs Road. If you know the Raghavendra Layout area, it’s not hard to find us. We spend most of our time at Truwood Interiors working with wood, laminate, and whatever else goes into making a room look finished. It’s often quite dusty in the workshop because of the cutting and sanding, but that’s just how it goes with this kind of work. We handle the basic stuff people need for their houses or offices around Bengaluru. Some days we are out on-site measuring things, and other days we are back here trying to fix a machine that isn’t working right. The traffic around the gate can be a real headache, especially in the evenings when everyone is trying to get home, so we try to get our deliveries done early. It’s a straightforward business. We don’t use any big fancy words for what we do. We just take some materials and put them together based on what someone asked for. It isn’t always perfect on the first try, but we stay until it’s sorted. Most of us here have been doing this for years, so we’ve seen a lot of changes in the styles people like. Sometimes it’s all modern stuff, other times people want things that look old. We just keep our tools sharp and keep working through the pile of wood every single day.
