THECOFACTORS PRIVATE LIMITED is based in Mithapur. We operate out of flat number 304 in Keshav Appartment. It’s located on K. L. Road. It’s a regular apartment building, so it doesn’t look like a standard office from the outside. We like it that way because it’s a bit more relaxed. Being in Mithapur means we are part of a smaller town vibe. Everyone kind of knows everyone else around here. The flat has enough space for our equipment and a couple of desks. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking through projects. K. L. Road can get a little busy during the morning rush, but the apartment itself is usually peaceful. We’ve decorated the place with a few plants to make it feel less like just a workspace. It’s a decent walk from the main market. We started this company because we wanted to work on our own terms. Keshav Appartment has been a good home for the business so far. The neighbors are nice and don’t mind us being there. We don't really have set hours; we just stay until the work is finished. It’s a humble setup, nothing too grand. We don’t have a big fancy sign, just the name on the door. It’s a practical place to get things done. We usually have tea together in the afternoons while we go over our notes and plan out the rest of the week's tasks. It works for us and we stay productive.
