Jay Khodiyar Enterprise

Jay Khodiyar Enterprise is over at Sp Shed 419/2/B in the Shanker Tekri GIDC area. We are right opposite the Meldi Mata Mandir, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. Being in a GIDC means we are surrounded by other workshops and small factories. It’s a noisy, busy place with a lot of metalwork and manufacturing going on. Our shed is where we spend most of our hours, working on whatever orders have come in that week. It’s a practical space with the tools and machines we need to get the job done. We handle a variety of enterprise tasks, mostly related to industrial supplies or parts. It’s not the kind of place that looks pretty, but it’s where the work happens. We’ve been here for several years and have seen the area change a bit. The heat in the shed can be quite something during the summer, but we just keep the fans going and stay focused. We deal with a lot of different people, from truck drivers to other business owners in the GIDC. We don’t use any corporate talk or have big meetings. We just look at the requirements, use our hands and machines, and finish the work. Most of our days are spent checking measurements and making sure the quality is okay before anything leaves the shed. It’s just honest, local work. We keep a small radio playing in the background to pass the time while we are busy with our hands. That’s how we operate every day.
