Smriti Fashions

We’ve got a spot in J.P. Nagar 2nd Phase, right on the 80ft Road. Smriti Fashions is on the 1st Floor at 25/A, near the 9th Cross. If you know the area, you know how much traffic there is, especially in the evenings. Being on the first floor is nice because we can see the street below, though it can get noisy with all the honking. We do a lot of fashion-related work here, mostly focusing on designs and getting clothes ready for people. It’s a mix of a workshop and a small office. We have racks of clothes and fabric rolls tucked into the corners. It’s not a big corporate setup, just a local business trying to get things right. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep, but we don’t mind the exercise. Sometimes customers come in to check on their orders, and we spend time showing them different patterns or colors. It’s a lot of manual work, and we spend a lot of time on our feet. Bangalore weather is usually good, so we keep the windows open when we can. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we’re part of the neighborhood. There’s a tea shop nearby where we usually go when we need a break from the sewing machines. It’s just how we run things, nothing too complicated or flashy.
