We are based out of Mig-4 in the Madhav Bagh Colony, which is over in Jawahar Nagar. It’s part of the Mango area in Jamshedpur. This office is where we handle the heavy lifting for our infrastructure projects in Jharkhand. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s a bit quieter than being right in the middle of the city, which is nice for focusing on technical drawings. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighbors are used to seeing our trucks or staff moving around. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks piled with folders and several computers that have seen better days. We don't put on a show for anyone; we just do the work. The weather in Jamshedpur can be tough, but we keep things moving regardless of the heat or rain. Our team is a mix of locals and folks who have moved here for the job. We spend a lot of our time on the phone, trying to sort out issues with materials or checking on site progress. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important for the area. We like being in Madhav Bagh because it feels like a real community. Sometimes we grab tea from the local stall down the road and talk about the day’s problems. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to build things that last. We keep it simple and get things done without making a fuss.
