Simplex Infrastructure Ltd. doesn't really stay in one place. While we have offices, our real work happens anywhere in India where there is a project to be done. You might find us in a remote village setting up a bridge or in the middle of a crowded city working on a new flyover. We are a bit like nomads in that sense. Our teams are used to living out of suitcases or temporary site offices made of shipping containers. It’s a tough way to work, but it means we see every corner of the country. We don’t have a fancy permanent lobby to show off because our work is out there on the roads and in the foundations of buildings. It’s about being where the need is. We deal with all sorts of weather, from the freezing mountains to the humid coastlines. Our staff is a mix of people from all over who don’t mind getting their boots dirty. We don't talk much about visions or anything like that. We just focus on getting the machinery to the site and making sure the materials arrive on time. It is a logistically heavy life with a lot of long bus rides and early mornings. We are a company that moves with the work, and we’ve been doing it long enough that we don't really know any other way to be. We just show up where we are needed and get the physical labor done.
