Simplex Infrastructure Limited

Our office is at 7/150-M.P. Nagar in Bikaner. It’s a dry, dusty part of the world, but we like it here. Simplex Infrastructure Limited has this little branch to handle the work in this region. The building is a simple one-story structure. It gets a lot of sun, so we keep the blinds drawn most of the day to stay cool. Inside, it’s just a few of us. We have our desks pushed up against the walls to make more room for the big tables where we spread out the plans. There is no air conditioning that works perfectly, so we rely on the ceiling fans a lot. You get used to the constant humming sound. We don’t have many visitors, but when we do, we usually just pull up a spare chair and talk. There’s no big reception desk or formal waiting area. We just treat people like neighbors. Most of the day is spent on the phone or typing up reports. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. Sometimes we head out to the sites early in the morning before it gets too hot to breathe. The local shops nearby are where we get our snacks and tea. It’s a quiet life in M.P. Nagar. We aren't looking for anything flashy. We just want to do a good job and get home to our families at the end of the day. It’s a plain office for plain-speaking people. We hope it stays that way for a long time.
