We’ve been out here in Sikka for a long time now. Most people around Gujarat know the name Shreedigvijay Cement because our plant is a big part of the landscape in the 361140 area. It’s a busy place. Every day, there are trucks coming and going, moving bags of cement to different sites. We handle a lot of the heavy work that goes into building houses and infrastructure. It’s not fancy work, but it’s what we do. The air carries that dusty smell of production, and the noise from the machinery is just part of the background of our lives here. We have a lot of local workers who have been with us for years. They know the machines inside and out. It’s a huge operation, but at the end of the day, it’s just about getting the product out to where it needs to go. Sometimes things get hectic, especially when demand picks up, but we just keep pushing through. We don't really do big speeches or fancy office talk. We just focus on the manufacturing side and making sure the bags are filled and loaded properly. Living and working in Sikka means we are part of this specific community. If you drive past, you can't miss the site. It’s a straightforward business. We make the cement, we load the trucks, and we try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible throughout the week. That's pretty much our life here.
