We’ve been operating out of Digvijaygram as part of the Cimpor Group for a while now. It’s a big name, but our day-to-day is pretty much what it’s always been. We’re located right in the heart of the industrial area in Jamnagar district. The cement plant is the main focus of everything here. If you walk around, you’ll see the dust on the leaves and the trucks lined up at the gates. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations in the office. It's mostly just desks, old files, and the sound of the ceiling fan. We handle the local side of things, making sure the production stays on track and the orders get filled. It's a practical, no-nonsense kind of environment. People around here are hardworking and don't have much use for corporate jargon. We just talk about the weather, the latest shift changes, and how much cement we're moving this week. Gujarat can be a tough place to work in the heat, but we’re used to it. We aren't here to win any awards for our office space; we’re here to make sure the cement is solid. It’s a straightforward business, and we try to keep our interactions that way too.
