We set up Shree Bhagwati Tours & Travels near the Home Gaurd Office in Dwarka Town. It's a recognizable spot for locals. Dealing with travel around Gujarat means we’re always keeping an eye on the clock. Our days are filled with scheduling and making sure things are lined up. It gets pretty hectic during the peak season when the whole town is full of people. We don’t have any fancy corporate structure. It’s just us working out of a small space. We know the local roads well because we’ve lived here our whole lives. If there’s a delay, we just deal with it. We don’t make big promises we can’t keep. People come to us because we’re right there in the neighborhood. We talk to our customers like they're neighbors because often they are. It’s a practical business. We keep our records in notebooks and try to stay organized as well as we can. The noise from the street is always there, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get through the day's work and make sure the jobs are done. It’s a simple life running a travel desk in a place like Dwarka. We just keep showing up and doing what we do. No more, no less.
