Shiv - Om Brass Industries

If you head out to GIDC Phase-3 in Dared, you’ll find us on Road No 7. We are located at Plot No 3690 and 3691, right near the Pramukhswami Circle. It’s an industrial area, so there is always the sound of machinery and the smell of metal in the air. Shiv - Om Brass Industries is basically a place where we work with brass all day long. The floor is usually covered in little shavings of metal, no matter how much we sweep. It’s a bit of a rough environment, but that’s just how factory work is. We have the bigger machines running for most of the shift, and it can get pretty loud in here. We’ve been at this spot for quite some time now, and we know the neighbors on Road No 7 pretty well. Most of our day is spent at the benches or checking the dimensions of the parts we’re making. It’s honest work, even if it’s greasy and hot during the summer months. We don't have a fancy office; it’s mostly just the workshop and a small space for the paperwork. You can see the trucks coming and going from the circle outside throughout the day. We just focus on getting the brass pieces finished and packed into the crates for delivery. It’s a busy life here in Dared, and there is always something that needs fixing or a machine that needs oiling.
