We are located at Patel Colony in Jamnagar, specifically in the Ami Apartment. It is an older building, number 6. This is a joint venture between SHANTI CONST GUJ AND YASHNAND ENG AND CONST JV PRIVATE LIMITED. Bringing two different companies together means there is always a lot going on. We have engineers from both sides working in this office. It can get a bit crowded with all the desks and computers we have squeezed in there. Jamnagar is a busy place for us. We spend a lot of time on construction sites across the region. When we are in the office, we are mostly dealing with the technical side of the projects. It is a lot of spreadsheets and blueprints. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people who work here have been in construction for their whole lives. We keep things pretty straightforward. There is no corporate polish here. We just sit down, do our work, and go home. Sometimes the office is a bit noisy when everyone is talking on their phones at once. We usually have the windows open to catch a breeze, even if the city sounds come in. It is just how we operate. We have been in Gujarat for many years now. The joint venture helps us handle the bigger projects that a single company might struggle with. We just take it one day at a time.
