SCL Buildcon Private Limited is based out of 101, Mahek Residency. It is right there in Kamdar Colony 3 in Jamnagar. We have been in this spot for a while now, and it has served us well. The office is on the first floor, so it is easy enough for people to find without getting lost in the building. Jamnagar is a busy place, and Kamdar Colony is a good, solid neighborhood to be in. We spend our days dealing with construction stuff and talking to various suppliers about materials. It is not always pretty, and the office can get pretty crowded with samples and old blueprints from past years. We are just a group of people trying to make a living in the building industry. We are not big on corporate meetings or polished presentations. Usually, we are just drinking tea and figuring out the next job's schedule. Gujarat has a lot of growth lately, and we are just doing our small part here in the 361006 area. Sometimes the traffic outside the residency can be a bit much, but it feels like home to us. We have grown used to the city noise. We do not have a big marketing team or anything. Most people find out about us because they live nearby or saw one of our sites. We try to keep our heads down and just do the work. It is a simple operation at Mahek Residency.
