Sakshi Brass Industries

We are based at 361/9, on the Digvijay Plot Road in Shanker Tekri. This whole area is famous for brass work, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. Our workshop is number 49 in the line. It’s a rough and ready kind of place. There is always the sound of metal being worked on and the smell of the furnaces. We don't have a polished office or a showroom. If you want to see what we make, you just have to come into the workshop and look around. There is usually dust everywhere, and it gets very hot when the machines are running. We are just a local family-run business. My father started this, and we’ve kept it going the same way he did. We don't use any fancy management techniques. We just know how to work with brass. We spend our days making sure the pieces are right and talking to the other shop owners on the street. It’s a tight community here in Shanker Tekri. We all know each other and help out when someone’s machine breaks down. We don't have a website or a big sign. People just know our address and come by when they need work done. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We just focus on the metal and the machines every day, making sure things get done properly for our customers.
