We are located at C-2/329 in the Gidc area. It’s pretty much what you’d expect from an industrial estate. There’s a lot of noise during the day from the machines. We’ve been operating out of this unit for quite some time now. It’s not a very big space, so we have to be careful about how we stack the raw materials or we'll run out of room to walk. Usually, the morning starts with checking the power and making sure everything is running smooth. We had a motor break down last week and it took us two days to get it fixed, which really set us back. That’s just how it is when you’re running a small shop. We don’t have a marketing department or anything like that. If someone needs something made, they usually just call us up or stop by the front gate. We have a couple of old benches outside where we sit during the tea break. It’s a good chance to catch our breath and talk about something other than work. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy for that right now. We just focus on getting the parts out the door. It’s hard work and the grease gets everywhere, no matter how careful you are. You can’t really avoid it in this line of work. We just keep going and try to finish before dark.
